First, we came up with a design then made our own screens to print on the shirts. We used awesome neon fabric markers to decorate them. Art Club kids are Cray Cray for art!

A quick hello to my new students, parents, and colleagues at St. Edward's School. My name is Amy Weiss and I have just recently moved from Tampa to Nashville with my husband. We are thoroughly enjoying our time in Nashville, from the spicy chicken to the music scene, we love it all! I look forward to meeting you all and creating wonderful works of art with our students.
We hung up our POPular Food Tiles. Fourth and Fifth graders voted on which foods were the most popular at our school. They then used bright colors to decorate their handmade clay tiles with delicious food items. Now they are hanging in our cafeteria!
Our Art Club students created a painting as a gift to the Hillsborough County Board Members for Youth Art Month. The painting is of the oldest school in Hillsborough County. We had each of the Board Members sign the painting because they are a part of our county's past, present, and future.
Collecting 350 boxes is quite a process, but totally worth it. We will be turning these boxes into 3D Instrument Collages, an homage to Picasso's Cubist Guitar!
The Boyette Springs Elementary Art Club made this sculpture COMPLETELY out of paper (and a bit of glue)! It was shown at the Tampa Bay History Center for the Doodad Competition Exhibition.
